Feasibility & Product Definition
Convert a rough idea into a practical technical direction before expensive engineering begins.
- Requirements and use-case review
- Material and manufacturing-route proposal
- Scope, risk, schedule and next-stage quote
Your China-based design-to-export partner
Tell us what you want to build, how it should work and the materials you are considering. LINCORE-TECH can take the project through design, engineering, prototyping, manufacturing, quality control and export delivery.
Start with a free project fit check. For each working phase, you review the scope, deliverables, timing and quotation before deciding whether to proceed.
What you can buy from us
You do not need finished drawings or a complete specification. We can begin with a business need, reference product, sketch or material preference—and turn it into a controlled development and manufacturing program.
Convert a rough idea into a practical technical direction before expensive engineering begins.
Develop the product around function, manufacturability, cost and service conditions.
Build the first unit, identify problems early and decide what must change before production.
Coordinate production resources and maintain one accountable route through final shipment.
Milestone-based project model
The initial project fit check is free. After that, each working stage begins only when its scope, quotation and deliverables are agreed. You can stop, revise or continue at every decision gate.
Confirm requirements, assumptions, risks and the technical direction.
Gate: approve the project definitionCreate agreed concepts, drawings, BOM and manufacturing specifications.
Gate: approve the design packageProduce and review the first unit against agreed checks.
Gate: accept or request revisionsLock suppliers, tooling, production method and inspection criteria.
Gate: authorize productionManufacture, assemble, inspect and document the agreed batch.
Gate: approve shipment releasePrepare packaging and documents, then coordinate logistics handoff.
Gate: close delivery milestoneWe first assess project fit and clarify the most useful next step. Engineering, prototyping and production work is then separately scoped and quoted, so both parties know what is included before work begins.
A typical starting point
A useful first brief can be simple. The important part is telling us what the product must achieve—not pretending every engineering decision has already been made.
“We need a mobile machine that can carry 500 kg outdoors. It should use stainless steel where possible and be suitable for export to the Middle East.”

Manufacturing evidence
Good product development is not only a drawing exercise. Our design decisions are connected to real machining, fabrication, assembly and supplier coordination in China.

Commercially controlled execution
LINCORE-TECH acts as the bridge between your commercial goal and the engineering, supplier and export resources needed to deliver it—without leaving project responsibilities vague.
Defined scope before workEach project stage states the work, deliverables, assumptions and exclusions.
Approval before the next costYou review the stage result before authorizing further development or production.
Changes remain visibleNew requirements and revisions are evaluated and quoted instead of being hidden.
One accountable coordinatorDesign, suppliers, manufacturing, inspection and export stay connected through one team.
Where we fit best
Our strongest fit is a project that needs technical coordination, multiple manufacturing processes or a reliable path from concept to export-ready equipment.
Machines, fixtures, tools, handling systems and purpose-built equipment.
Outdoor equipment, service vehicles and engineered systems for demanding sites.
Mechanical structures, mobile platforms, housings and integrated assemblies.
Machined, fabricated and assembled parts requiring coordinated quality control.
Selected proof of capability
MiroBot and the solar-field installation robot are examples—not the limit of our business. They demonstrate how design, engineering, sourcing, manufacturing and field requirements can be coordinated into complete industrial systems.
Product example · MiroBot series
MiroBot is one LINCORE-TECH product line—not the center of our manufacturing-export service. It shows our ability to coordinate vehicle integration, mechanical design, brush systems, field requirements and final delivery.

Clear expectations create better industrial projects. These answers explain how a typical LINCORE-TECH engagement begins.
Yes. A sketch, reference photo, required function, operating environment and rough material direction are enough for a free initial project review. If the project fits our capabilities, we then propose the first working stage.
No. We can provide design and engineering as a separately scoped service. If you already have production-ready files, we can begin with an initial manufacturing review and quotation instead.
The initial project fit check is free. The project is then divided into milestones. Before each working stage, we confirm scope, deliverables, fee and approval criteria. Later stages are not started automatically.
We identify the effect on design, schedule, tooling and production, then issue a revised scope or change quotation before proceeding.
Yes. Depending on the project, we coordinate machining, fabrication, components, assembly, inspection, export packaging and logistics handoff.
Deliverables, file release and intellectual-property terms are defined in the written agreement for that stage. Tell us early if an NDA or special ownership structure is required.
Start with the project—not a perfect specification
We will first review the project fit at no charge. If it matches our capabilities, we will propose the first working stage with a clear scope, deliverables, timing and quotation.
